Về việc : Cung cấp dịch vụ đăng ký thành lập doanh nghiệp
Cảm ơn Quý khách hàng đã quan tâm tới dịch vụ pháp lý tại Hãng luật LETO. Chúng tôi xin cung cấp nội dung tư vấn và các thông tin dịch vụ như sau:
I. NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC:
Tư vấn, Thẩm định tài liệu, Dựng hồ sơ và đại diện thực hiện thủ tục Cung cấp dịch vụ đăng ký thành lập doanh nghiệp.
II. TÀI LIỆU CẦN CUNG CẤP:
- CMND hoặc Hộ chiếu của người đứng đầu công ty: Bản sao chứng thực;
- Thông tin cần cung cấp (Phiếu yêu cầu cung cấp thông tin đính kèm)
- Chứng chỉ hành nghề (nếu có ngành nghề có điều kiện về chứng chỉ);
III. CHI PHÍ:
- Bằng số: 2.000.000 VNĐ (Hai triệu đồng chẵn)
- Phí trên đã bao gồm phí nhà nước, phí dịch vụ, phí làm con dấu doanh nghiệp;
- Phí trên chưa bao gồm 10% VAT;
Lưu ý: Hiện nay, Leto đang thực hiện chương trình khuyến mại dành cho khách hàng thực hiện thành lập doanh nghiệp qua dịch vụ tư vấn của Leto như sau:
-Tư vấn miễn phí những việc phải làm sau thành lập. Trong trường hợp khách hàng không thể tự thực hiện, Leto sẽ can thiệp trợ giúp khách hàng để tiết kiệm chi phí nhất.
- Cung cấp dịch vụ kế toán thuế với chi phí thấp và Hỗ trợ tư vấn đặt in hóa đơn, Thông báo phát hành hóa đơn, Mở tài khoản ngân hàng,…;
- Hỗ trợ mua chứng thư số qua mạng với giá rẻ hơn thị trường và hỗ trợ kê khai thuế môn bài, kê khai thuế miễn phí trong 03 tháng đầu hoạt động.
IV. THỜI GIAN LÀM VIỆC
03 - 05 ngày làm việc (Không kể Thứ 7, Chủ nhật và các ngày nghỉ lễ khác).
