Điều 14. Bảo hành
- Bên B phải giao cho Bên A một bảo lãnh thực hiện bảo hành với giá trị 03% giá trị hợp đồng bằng thư bảo lãnh của ngân hàng bên B.
- Bên Bán có trách nhiệm bảo hành hàng hóa đã bán cho bên Mua trong thời gian 12 tháng kể từ ngày hai bên ký biên bản nghiệm thu và thanh lý hợp đồng (đối với thiết bị mua mới).
