Chúng tôi ADCC trân trọng thông báo rằng hiện nay mặc dù điều kiện thời tiết tương đối thuận lợi sau mùa mưa nhưng trên công trường nhà thầu đã không triển khai công tác thi công trở lại. Quá trình thực hiện thi công chậm như vậy sẽ ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ thi công chung của dự án mà đơn vị thi công đã đệ trình lên chủ đầu tư và tư vấn giám sát. Chúng tôi đề nghị cục hàng không Lào yêu cầu nhà thầu báo cáo về tình hình thực hiện dự án hiện nay và các kế hoạch thi công tiếp theo.
Về phía công ty ADCC chúng tôi sẽ cử kĩ sư tư vấn bám sát dự án, khi dự án tiếp tục triển khai thi công và chủ đầu tư yêu cầu đơn vị tư vấn giám sát sẽ tiếp tục thực hiện công tác giám sát tại dự án cho đến khi dự án hoàn thành
