nâng cao trình độ và đạo đức nghề nghiệp đối với cán bộ: Trình độ của đội ngũ cán bộ là một trong những yếu tố quan trọng quyết định đến sự phát triển của hoạt động ngân hàng nói chung, hoạt động cho vay tiêu dùng nói riêng. Để có đội ngũcán bộ giỏi về chuyên môn nghiệp vụ, có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, trước hết khi tuyển dụng, Agribank cần chuẩn hóa qui
định trình độ tối thiểu đầu vào; công tác tuyển dụng cần công khai, minh bạch để chọn ra những người có đủ điều kiện vào làm việc. Bên cạnh đó, công tác đào tạo lại cần được thực hiện một cách thường xuyên, liên tục, cán bộ yếu về mảng nghiệp vụ nào thì tăng cường đào tạo nghiệp vụ đó, không đào tạo tràn lan gây lãng phí về vật lực cho toàn ngành, chú trọng đào tạo các mảng nghiệp vụ tín dụng, phân tích tài chính, luật pháp, marketing, kỹ năng giao tiếp khách hàng, kết hợp đào tạo tại chỗ và đào tạo tại các cơ sở đào tạo. Bên cạnh đó, Agribank
cần thường xuyên giáo dục trình độ đạo đức nghề nghiệp đối với cán bộ, giáo dục bằng nhiều hình thức khác nhau như cử đi nghe các buổi nói chuyện tại các trường, viện; thường xuyên tổ chức các buổi nói chuyện về những tấm gương điển hình tiên tiến ở trong và ngoài ngành ngân hàng
