- Là phòng tham mưu chức năng tổng hợp của Giám đốc trong lĩnh vực đầu tư, đấu thầu, tìm kiếm việc làm, chọn thầu phụ, giá cả, hợp đồng kinh tế, thanh quyết toán các hợp đồng kinh tế, giao khoán.
- Là phòng nghiệp vụ quản lý tài sản vật tư thiết bị của Công ty. Tham mưu cho tổng giám đốc quản lý và khai thác máy móc thiết bị. Tổ chức cung ứng vật tư chính và vật tư thi công phục vụ các công trình.
- Soạn thảo các văn bản về kỹ thuật của sản phẩm.
- Thiết kế tổ chức lắp ráp sản phẩm.
- Chỉ đạo lập hồ sơ các sản phẩm .
- Tham gia chỉ đạo lắp ráp, lắp đạt các chi tiết của sản phẩm
- Chủ trì giám sát, quản lý kỹ thuật, chất lượng, tiến độ, an toàn lao động , hạng mục sản phẩm.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác khi Tổng Giám đốc giao nhiệm vụ.
