Nếu xảy ra hư hỏng hoặc mất mát tài

Nếu xảy ra hư hỏng hoặc mất mát tài sản được xác định do lỗi của nhân viên Bên B gây ra, Bên B phải bồi thường thiệt hại (tùy từng trường hợp) cho Bên A. Nếu Bên B từ chối bồi thường thì Bên A sẽ trừ trực tiếp từ hóa đơn thanh toán của tháng kế tiếp.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If occur damage or loss of property is determined by the employee's error caused Party B, Party B must pay damages (depending on the case) to Party A. If Party B, Party A refuses compensation will be deducted directly from the invoice of the following month.
