Căn cứ vào thông báo của Ban Giám Đốc, về việc nghỉ phép của nhân viên, được quy định như sau:

Nhân viên nào muốn sử dụng ngày nghỉ phép hàng năm, phải trình đơn xin nghỉ phép cho lãnh đạo phê duyệt trước 3 ngày tính từ ngày nghỉ được ghi trong đơn.

Nhân viên nào không chấp hành nội quy : đơn xin nghỉ phép chưa được lãnh đạo phê duyệt đã nghỉ, thì sẽ bị trừ lương vào ngày nhân viên đó xin nghỉ phép được ghi trên đơn.

Chúng tôi rất mong toàn thể nhân viên chấp hành và thực nội quy trên.
