Kết thúc giai đoạn nuôi thương phẩm, cá được thu hoạch và xác định tỷ lệ sống. Việc xác định tốc độ tăng trưởng hàng ngày (DWG) và tỷ lệ sống theo các công thức sau:
DWG = Tổng khối lượng tăng thêm / Tổng số ngày nuôi
Tỷ lệ sống (%) = Tổng số cá thu hoạch / Tổng số cá thả
Các số liệu sau khi thu nhập được tiến hành phân tích thống kê mô tả và phân tích sai khác (ANOVA), mức độ sai khác (T-test và LSD) với mức ý nghĩa P
