Đối với doanh nghiệp lần đầu xin C/O phải điền đầy đủ Bộ Hồ sơ Thương nhân gồm 3 trang và nộp lại cho Bộ phận C/O, VCCI cùng với 1 bản sao của Giấy phép Đăng ký kinh doanh và 1 bản sao của Giấy Đăng ký Mã số thuế của DN.
