• The Buyer Assistant is in charge of supporting the Buyer in the management of the referencing files : filing and renewal of databases in order to prepare sourcing and negotiation work

ACTIVITIES
• Setting-up the referencing file
• Complete all supports to search new suppliers or new products
• Check the referencing files before giving them to interveners
• Make sure the feedbacks are completed and signed
• Classify and archive files
• Management of items basic file
• Collect information’s relative to new products creation
• Remove products intended to be replaced
• Update existing products information
• Search existing articles information in items basic file
• Handling with administrative documents
• Type mail, email and all documents required and edit them
• Centralize and manage all the documents
• Send information notes to stores

PROFILE
• Experience : Beginner or few years-experience in trade

• Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Preferably Junior staff specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
