Theo quan sát của chúng tôi, Quỹ phát triển phụ nữ tỉnh Hà Tĩnh áp dụng thống nhất một hình thức kế toán đó là hình thức Chứng từ ghi sổ. Tuy nhiên, việc áp dụng hình thức này ở một vài Văn phòng giao dịch còn chưa đầy đủ.
Việc lập sổ quỹ tiền mặt ở một vài văn phòng giao dịch chưa được khoá sổ từng ngày, chưa chuyển số dư từng trang.
Các chứng từ, sổ kế toán được lập và ký đầy đủ bởi các cán bộ phụ trách, tuy nhiên khi đối chiếu có một số ít các sổ kế toán chưa chính xác về nội dung và hính thức.
Mặt khác, một số cán bộ kế toán tại các Văn phòng giao dịch kiêm nhiệm dẫn đến việc cập nhật và ghi sổ kế toán còn chưa có sự nhất quán về nội dung và hình thức
