1.Lý do viết báo cáo thực tập:
Giáo dục tiểu học là bậc học vô cùng quan trọng, có ý nghĩa quyết định đến chặng đường tương lai của các em nói riêng cũng như cả dân tộc nói chung. Kết quả giáo dục phụ thuộc rất nhiều vào hiệu quả phối hợp giữa gia đình, nhà trường và xã hội. Hiện nay, sự phối hợp này chưa đem lại nhân cách và trí tuệ phát triển hoàn thiện cho tất cả học sinh ở lứa tuổi tiểu học, chưa kể tình trạng học sinh bỏ học vì nhiều nguyên nhân đang có chiều hướng gia tăng. Dĩ nhiên, mong muốn một xã hội hoàn hảo là điều không tưởng, nhưng hạn chế những nhân tố tiêu cực là việc làm khả thi.
Mục tiêu của đợt thực tập sư phạm là giúp sinh viên tìm hiểu môi trường làm việc trong tương lai, quy trình lên lớp và thực hành giảng dạy học sinh tiểu học. Sinh viên hiểu rõ hơn tâm – sinh lý của học sinh, từ đó tự rút ra cho mình bài học kinh nghiệm trong nghề nghiệp sau này, có thể đề xuất giải pháp phối hợp với gia đình và xã hội để nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục tiểu học. Thiết thực hơn, giáo sinh có thể tiếp tục định hướng phấn đấu trong tương lai, quyết định những việc cần làm để trau dồi khả năng sư phạm, có ý chí tự nâng cao nghiệp vụ chuyên môn, hoàn thành tốt quá trình học tập hệ cao đẳng. Với những kiến thức thu thập và được tổng hợp trong bài báo cáo này, sinh viên học được cách làm việc khoa học, có hệ thống, chặt chẽ và linh hoạt. Bản thu hoạch là thành quả lao động nghiêm túc trong suốt ba tuần thực tập, được thực hiện theo sự hướng dẫn của ban giám hiệu nhà trường, giáo viên trưởng đoàn và giáo viên phụ trách. Đây cũng là tường trình của chúng tôi về những kiến thức thu thập được. Chúng tôi đã có ba tuần đáng nhớ, tận mắt chứng kiến và học hỏi được nhiều điều từ thực tế giảng dạy đa dạng, phức tạp. Tin rằng đợt thực tập là trải nghiệm quý giá cho nghề nghiệp của chúng tôi sau này.
2.Nhiệm vụ và phạm vi của báo cáo thu hoạch:
2.1)Nhiệm vụ:
-Ghi nhận lại kết quả của quá trình thâm nhập thực tế ở trường Tiểu học Phú Hòa 1 từ ngày 01/03/2010 đến 19/03/2010.
-Lên kế hoạch dự giờ giảng mẫu, dự sinh hoạt chủ nhiệm, đăng kí tiết dạy thi, chuẩn bị giáo án, thi giảng và lên kế hoạch cho bài báo cáo tổng kết.
-Giảng dạy, làm công tác chủ nhiệm và tổ chức sinh hoạt cho học sinh vào cuối tuần.
2.2)Phạm vi:
Do thời gian thực tập chưa đầy một tháng nên bài thu hoạch chỉ giới hạn trong trường Tiểu học Phú Hòa 1, cụ thể là kết quả thực tập giảng dạy của bản thân ở lớp 2/3.
