b. Nội dung của bảo trì: Bảo trì gồm các nội dung công việc như sau:
- Tiếp tục cung cấp không gián đoạn cho khách hàng tài khoản truy nhập hệ thống cổng hỗ trợ khách hàng SAP Business One của SAP AG. Thông qua cổng này khách hàng có thể lấy các tài liệu về giải pháp, tải xuống các phiên bản mới của SAP Business One cũng như các gói cập nhật vá lỗi của giải pháp SAP Business One;
- Hỗ trợ người sử dụng trong quá trình thao tác trên hệ thống khi có lỗi xảy ra bằng cách sửa chữa bằng bất ký hình thức nào trong vòng 08 (tám) giờ kể từ khi nhận được thông báo của Bên A hoặc nhân viên của Bên A (khoản thời gian này được áp dụng cho tất cá các trường hợp quy định tại Điều này). Điều chỉnh các báo cáo do Bên B cung cấp (không điều chỉnh đối với các báo cáo của SAP Business One) – Báo cáo nội bộ - khi có những sai sót về mặt dữ liệu (do lấy thiếu dữ liệu, công thức sai...);
- Sửa chữa tất cả các lỗi, hỏng hóc và các sự cố khác làm cho hệ thống phần mềm không hoạt động được và/hoặc trong hợp Bên B không thể vận hành và duy trì các dịch vụ quy định tại Hợp đồng này. Ngoại trừ các sự cố hỏng hóc không phải do phần mềm hoặc dịch vụ quy định tại Hợp đồng này;
- Đảm bảo rằng, Bên A được quyền truy nhập và tải xuống ngay tất cả các phiên bản nâng cấp sử dụng phầm mềm và dịch vụ theo phiên bản mới nhất đảm bảo hiệu quả tối ưu nhất từ hệ thống phần mềm quy định tại Điều 1 Hợp đồng này.
