Tuy đang là mùa xây dựng nhưng hiện nay, việc tiêu thụ VLXD tại các cửa hàng bán lẻ trên địa bàn TP. Nha Trang và các địa phương khá chậm. Bên cạnh đó, nhiều người xây nhà cần hóa đơn chứng từ nên họ chọn công ty thầu xây dựng trọn gói và xuất hóa đơn chứ không mua vật liệu lẻ”...

Trái với cửa hàng bán lẻ, các nhà phân phối cho biết, tình hình tiêu thụ VLXD khá khả quan. Ông Đào Văn Lượng - Giám đốc Công ty TNHH Thiên Phú, chuyên kinh doanh VLXD nói: “Mặt hàng chính của chúng tôi là xi măng. Cùng nhận định trên, đại diện Công ty TNHH Thương mại - Dịch vụ Kim Môn (TP. Nha Trang) chuyên phân phối thép các loại cho biết, do các công trình cầu, đường trên địa bàn tỉnh như Quốc lộ 1A, đường Phong Châu... đang đẩy nhanh tiến độ nên các mặt hàng thép tiêu thụ khá so với cùng kỳ...

Người tiêu dùng ưu tiên hàng nội

Người tiêu dùng trước khi mua nên tìm hiểu kỹ thông tin về nguồn gốc và chất lượng sản phẩm để có thể tiết kiệm được chi phí mà chất lượng công trình vẫn đảm bảo. Ông Lê Văn Hải (xã Phước Đồng) - thợ xây dựng lâu năm cho biết, người tiêu dùng có thể nhận diện hàng kém chất lượng bằng việc xem độ dày và tính đồng đều của viên gạch.
