SADO GROUP là một CT Cổ Phần nên việc chuyển tiền cho đối tác, đặc biệt là cho cá nhân cần phải có đủ giấy tờ hợp lệ và trong khuôn khổ pháp luật cho phép, nên việc thanh toán cho bà Mai Thị Thanh Hà về việc môi giới bán kính cho Công Ty Tacheng (do Anh trực tiếp thực hiện chứ không phải bà Hà) chúng tôi cần bổ sung một số thông tin sau:

Ngày 05/05/2015 chúng tôi đã nhận được một Giấy đề nghị thanh toán của bà Mai Thị Thanh Hà về việc môi giới bán kính cho Ct Tacheng dự án SSG

Để tránh trường hợp "người chỉ tồn tại trên giấy tờ" và sự hiểu nhầm của các cơ quan chức năng, đặc biệt là bên ngành thuế xin Anh vui lòng cho chúng tôi biết:

3) Anh có giấy uỷ quyền của bà ấy cho việc môi giới bán hàng này không?
4) Để xác nhận danh tính, Bà Mai Thị Thanh Hà cần có mặt tại CT SADO GROUP, số 8 đường Quách Văn Tuấn,P12, Q Tân Bình, xin mang theo giấy tuỳ thân, như CMND. Qua email này bà Hà có thể làm lịch hẹn.

Sau khi làm việc trực tiếp bà Mai Thanh Hà, nếu mọi việc hợp lý và chúng tôi có bổ sung Kopie CMND của bà Hà chúng tôi sẽ tiến hành thanh toán theo thư đề nghị thanh toán.

Trong trường hợp, do một lý do nào đó việc thanh toán với bà Hà không thực hiện được, Anh có thể ký trực tiếp với SADO GROUP một bản Hợp đồng cụ thể về việc Anh đã môi giới bán hàng cho CT Tacheng về dự án SSG. Để Anh được hưởng hoa hồng môi với nêu trên.
