Do việc cấp giấy CNQSHNƠ — QSDĐ thu

Do việc cấp giấy CNQSHNƠ — QSDĐ thuộc thẩm quyền của UBND TPHCM nên trình tự thủ tục cũng như tiến độ xét duyệt hoàn toàn tùy thuộc vào các cơ quan chức năng. Hiện nay công tác này đang được tiến hành khẩn trương và PMH cũng thường xuyên theo dõi, thông báo tiến trình thực hiện thủ tục để người mua biết. Gần đây nhất, ngày 22-5-2004 vừa qua, PMH đã trao giấy CNQSHNƠ- QSDĐ cho 74 người mua.
