Bảng lương, thu nhập của người lao động của VTS có sự khác biệt so với báo cáo của Nghi Son về cách tính cũng như có thêm các khoản mục phát sinh (phí nhiên liệu, chuyên cần, độc hại, ca 3, tăng ca, lễ tết...)
Lương tháng 5 - 550 triệu
Lương tháng 6 - 653 triệu
Quản lý lao động của VTS trước đây không chặt chẽ dẫn đến việc công nhân tăng ca nhiều, làm chi phí trả lương tăng không hợp lý. Thông tin về thu nhập của người lao động không chính xác dẫn đến việc tính toán của NSDT và SAS không đúng thực tế (VTS có 2 bảng lương)
