3. Bảo đảm thực hiện hợp đồng
Thời hạn nộp bảo đảm thực hiện hợp đồng: Trước khi chủ đầu tư ký hợp đồng.
Hình thức bảo đảm thực hiện hợp đồng: Được thực hiện dưới hình thức bảo lãnh thực hiện hợp đồng do một ngân hàng hoạt động hợp pháp tại Việt Nam phát hành theo Mẫu số 6.
Giá trị bảo đảm thực hiện hợp đồng: 10% giá trị hợp đồng.
Hiệu lực của bảo đảm thực hiện hợp đồng: Kể từ ngày phát hành cho đến 30 (ba mươi) ngày sau khi hai bên ký biên bản nghiệm thu bàn giao và nhà thầu chuyển sang nghĩa vụ bảo hành cùng với việc nộp bảo lãnh bảo hành do một ngân hàng hoạt động hợp pháp tại Việt Nam phát hành theo quy định.
