Theo Hợp đồng Phân phối Sản phẩm (do chính Nguyên đơn đệ trình) thì thời hạn bảo hành là 12 tháng, kể từ ngày Bị đơn nhận Sản phẩm. Ngày 07/10/2014 là ngày Sản phẩm đến Việt Nam (theo thông báo của hãng tàu), ngày 06/10/2015 Bị đơn thực tế trả lại hàng cho Nguyên đơn, thì vẫn nằm trong thời hạn chịu trách nhiệm của Bị đơn.
