Như nội dung cuộc họp lần trước của chúng ta với khách hàng In Quân Đội 2 về việc giấy Art Hansol thuộc hợp đồng PM150212-AP-MKG (12/02/2015) và PM150422-AP-MKG (12/04/2015). bị khác biệt màu sắc trên cùng một pallet ( Đã gửi hình ảnh và mẫu ) và về việc khi in sản phẩm trên nền màu Tím, Xanh (như mẫu tạp chí anh giữ) mặt giấy không mịn và mực không đều.
Về phía khách hàng của chúng tôi khi phát hiện vấn đề in bị lỗi, họ đã tìm cách xử lý qua một số bước quan trọng như kiểm tra mực, thay cao su nhưng tình trạng trên vẫn xuất hiện.
Do đó phía khách hàng đã gửi mẫu và phản ánh tình trạng thực tế để yêu cầu nhà sản xuất kiểm tra , phân tích tìm hiểu nguyên nhân và đưa ra cầu trả lời lý cho trường hợp này.
Đây là một khách hàng lớn của chúng tôi, họ chuyên sử dụng giấy Hansol để in cho các sản phẩm của họ. Vì vậy rất mong phía nhà sản xuất và văn phòng đại diện tại Việt Nam tiến hành kiểm tra và đưa ra câu trả lời sớm nhất có thể.
