Đây là căn bệnh thường gặp khi tôi làm việc nhóm. Một thành viên làm hết tất cả, những người khác thì ngồi chờ thưởng thức và khen ngợi. Quyết định làm hết cộng việc của mọi người là sai lầm. Đó không phải là giúp đỡ mà chính xác là thái độ xem thường mọi người. Chúng ta sẽ không học được gì từ họ. Phủ nhận năng lực cá nhân của họ, luôn nghĩ mình làm tốt hơn người khác.
