Bên Bảo Lãnh tại đây cam kết với Chuyên gia về việc Công ty Asean+ sẽ bảo đảm cho các nghĩa vụ của Công ty đối với Chuyên gia trong Hợp đồng lao động này. Trong trường hợp Công ty thực hiện không đúng, không đầy đủ các nghĩa vụ mà Công ty đã cam kết với Chuyên gia, Bên Bảo lãnh sẽ đứng ra thực hiện thay Công ty các nghĩa vụ và cam kết này với Chuyên gia.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Surety parties here are committed to the company expert Asean + will guarantee the obligations of the Company for Professionals in the labor contract. In the event the Company does not perform properly, not full the obligations that the Company has committed to the expert, Guarantor will stand to replace the Company performed its obligations and commitments to the expert.
