Việc chậm trễ trong công tác sửa ch

Việc chậm trễ trong công tác sửa chữa hư hỏng mặt đường bởi nguyên nhân sau:
- Đến ngày 01/10/2015 Nhà thầu mới nhận được công văn số 5227/TCĐBVN - CQLXĐB về việc Chấp thuận điều chỉnh kết cấu tăng cường mặt đường gói thầu CP6 và CP7 do Tổng cục đường bộ Việt Nam ban hành nên nhà thầu chưa thể triển khai Bản vẽ thi công và thi công.
- Thời tiết trong tháng 8,9 không thuận lợi, đặc biệt là các đợt nắng nóng kéo dài 5-7 ngày, kèm thêm đó là ảnh hưởng mưa giông của các đợt bão, áp thấp nhiệt đới khiến Nhà thầu không thể thi công được.
Bằng văn bản này, Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Xây dựng giao thông Phương Thành kính đề nghị Ban quản lý dự án 3, Tư vấn giám sát SMEC xem xét chấp thuận gia hạn tiến độ hoàn thành gói thầu đến 30/11/2015.
