According to my opinion exercise has many benefits. First, it helps us to have a healthy body and supple. Such exercise helps the body become more flexible. In my spare time I used to exercise by walking, cycling or playing sports. Exercise makes me feel relaxed and more alert after the stressful school. Next exercise helps improve morale and help for better sleep. So those who exercise frequently will have a deep sleep. Not only that it also helps the brain remember things longer and work more efficiently. Therefore, exercise will make improved memory and increased ability to concentrate and achieve high efficiency at work.
