Điều khoản thi hành
1. Những vấn đề về lao động không ghi trong hợp đồng lao động này thì áp dụng qui định của pháp luật lao động.
2. Khi có tranh chấp trong việc thực hiện bản Hợp đồng này thì trước hết các bên phải cùng nhau bàn bạc thương lượng để giải quyết thoả đáng. Nếu không thống nhất giải quyết được thì các bên sẽ đề nghị Tòa án nhân dân cấp có thẩm quyền xét xử.
3. Hợp đồng có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký và được làm thành 02 (hai) bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau, mỗi bên giữ 01 bản./.
