- Ủy ban nhân dân thị xã Duyên Hải sẽ điều chỉnh mục đích sử dụng đất tại vị trí xây dụng nhà điều hành dự án nhà máy điện gió và cập nhật vào hồ sơ quy hoạch sử dụng đất đến năm 2020 và kế hoạch sử dụng đất năm 2016 của huyện theo quy định.
- Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh ban hành Quyết định thu hồi đất do Sở nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn quản lý sau đó quyết định cho nhà đầu tư thuê.
