Văn hoá ứng xử trong gia đình thời kỳ công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa và hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế

Nước ta đang thực hiện tiến trình công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa và hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế trong xu hướng toàn cầu hóa. Sự giao lưu mở cửa hội nhập đã đem đến cho gia đình Việt Nam nhiều cơ hội. Gia đình Việt Nam có điều kiện phát triển kinh tế, giao lưu hội nhập với các nền văn hóa tiên tiến, văn minh của các nước.

Mục tiêu chủ yếu của công tác gia đình trong thời kỳ công nghiệp hoá và hiện đại hoá là ổn định, củng cố và xây dựng gia đình theo tiêu chí ít con (mỗi cặp vợ chồng chỉ một hoặc hai con), no ấm, bình đẳng, tiến bộ, hạnh phúc, để mỗi gia đình Việt Nam thực sự là tổ ấm của mỗi người và là tế bào lành mạnh của xã hội. Chuẩn mực của gia đình Việt Nam hiện nay gồm 4 yếu tố:

No ấm: Biểu hiện sự phát triển kinh tế của gia đình nhằm đáp ứng các nhu cầu về vật chất và tinh thần của các thành viên.

Bình đẳng: Biểu hiện các thành viên trong gia đình tôn trọng lẫn nhau và được hưởng mọi quyền lợi về học tập, lao động, nghỉ ngơi, giải trí, chăm sóc sức khoẻ. Đặc biệt quan tâm đến phụ nữ, trẻ em gái, người cao tuổi.

Tiến bộ: Biểu hiện các thành viên trong gia đình luôn có ý thức rèn luyện, phấn đấu vươn lên về mọi mặt để có kiến thức, trình độ, năng lực; có đạo đức, lối sống lành mạnh phù hợp với truyền thống văn hoá dân tộc và xu thế phát triển của thời đại.

Hạnh phúc: Biểu hiện các thành viên trong gia đình gắn bó, thương yêu, quan tâm giúp đỡ lẫn nhau cùng tiến bộ, tạo ra môi trường trong sạch, ngăn chặn tệ nạn xã hội.

Thời kỳ này, dù văn hóa ứng xử đã có nhiều thay đổi rất so với ngày xưa, nhưng những khuôn phép của mỗi gia đình vẫn là sự duy trì giá trị ứng xử gia đình truyền thống và áp dụng linh hoạt cái mới trong thời kỳ mới. Cố Thủ tướng Phạm Văn Đồng đã khẳng định sự tôn trọng giá trị ứng xử từ gia đình truyền thống: “Ba trụ cột của ý thức cộng đồng người Việt, đó là gia đình (nhà), làng và nước. Ngày nay, xây dựng một xã hội công bằng, văn minh đòi hỏi chúng ta phải trở lại với những giá trị văn hóa truyền thống tốt đẹp từ gia đình”.
