Đặc điểm:
+ Tất cả các mạch được cung cấp cùng 1 nguồn làm lạnh chung tại cùng 1 nhiệt độ.
+ Có 1 sự chênh lệch nhiệt độ thấp hơn khi thông qua khuôn. + Có 1 độ rơi nhiệt độ thấp hơn giữa đầu vào (inlet) và đầu ra (outlet)
+ Nhiệt độ khuôn đồng đều hơn.
+ Sự tắc nghẽn mạch khó phát hiện hơn.
