tại sao tôi đã đặt lệnh chuyển tiền từ tài khoản paypal của tôi về ngân hàng địa phương của tôi tại việt nam lại không được, hôm nay đã là ngày thứ 5 tính từ khi đặt lệnh chuyển tiền và tiền của tôi thì chưa về, trong khi đó ở tài khoản của tôi đã ghi là hoàn thành, hãy cho tôi biết lí do vì sao lại có sự chậm trễ này? làm ơn giúp tôi
