Nhà cung cấp FPT đamg không có sự kiểm soát nào với mạng lưới băng thông giữa Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và Hội sở chính. Việc kiểm thử chi nhánh TP Hồ Chí Minh và chi nhánh khác không thể thực hiện được trừ khi mạng lưới băng thông được đảm bảo thời gian trễ ít hơn 10 phút và lưu lượng nhiều hơn 1 MB.
2. Thời gian giao dịch phải được ghi lại bằng một công cụ tự động, và không nên phụ thuộc vào lịch thủ công hoặc do con người quyết định.
