Bên Bán chỉ lập thủ tục xin cấp Giấy chứng nhận cho Bên Mua khi Bên Mua thanh toán đến 95% giá bán căn hộ (đã bao gồm tiền sử dụng đất và thuế GTGT), 02% kinh phí bảo trì và thực hiện đầy đủ các nghĩa vụ khác theo quy định của Hợp đồng này;

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The seller only for the certification for the buyer while the buyer paid up to 95% of the sale price of the apartment (including land use money and VAT), 2% of the cost of maintenance and fulfill other obligations according to the provisions of this agreement;

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Seller only the procedures for granting a certificate to the Buyer when the Buyer pay 95% price of the apartment (including land use fee and VAT), 02% of funding to maintain and fully implement other obligations under the provisions of this Agreement;
