Sở Kế hoạch và đầu tư mong nhận được sự phối hợp của quý cơ quan, có văn bản tham gia ý kiến gửi về Sở Kế hoạch và đầu tư chậm nhất vào ngày 24/02/2016 để tổng hợp. báo cáo Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh xem xét, quyết định chủ trương đầu tư dự án cho Nhà đầu tư.
Nếu quá thời hạn trên (ngày 24/02/2016) quý cơ quan chưa có văn bản tham gia thẩm định hoặc nội dung thẩm định không đúng với nội dung đề nghị thẩm định của Sở Kế hoạch và đầu tư thì Sở Kế hoạch và đầu tư sẽ áp dụng Khoản 4, điều 6 của nghị định 118/2015/NĐ-CP ngày 12/11/2015 của chính phủ về quy định chi tiết và hướng dẫn thi hành một số điều của Luật đầu tư: “…quá thời hạn quy định mà không có ý kiến hoặc có ý kiến nhưng không đúng với nội dung đề nghị tham gia ý kiến thì được coi là đã đồng ý với nội dung dự án đầu tư thuộc phạm vi quản lý của mình”.
