- Phạt do chậm trễ tiến độ : Nếu Bên Bán giao hàng không theo đúng thời gian quy định trong Điều III của Hợp đồng này thì Bên Bán phải chịu một khoản tiền phạt cho Bên Mua bằng 0,5% tổng giá trị của phần giao hàng trễ cho mỗi ngày chậm trễ. Thời gian chậm trễ không được vượt quá 05 ngày nhưng tổng mức phạt không vượt quá 8% tổng giá trị Hợp đồng. Nếu thời gian chậm trễ vượt quá 05 ngày thì xem như Bên Bán đã đơn phương chấm dứt Hợp đồng. Nếu Bên Bán đơn phương hủy bỏ hoặc chấm dứt Hợp đồng hoặc không thực hiện đúng theo thỏa thuận thì phải bồi thường cho Bên Mua số tiền tương ứng với 30% giá trị Hợp đồng.

-A penalty due to delay progress: If the seller delivered not according to the time specified in article III of this agreement, the Seller shall be subject to a penalty to the buyer by 0.5% of the value of the delivery delay for each day of delay. Time delay should not exceed 5 days but of the fine does not exceed 8% of the total value of the contract. If the lag time in excess of 5 days, watching as the seller had unilaterally terminated the contract. If the seller unilaterally cancel or terminate the contract or not done right under the agreement shall have to pay to the buyer the amount corresponding to 30% of the contract value.

- Penalty for delay in progress: If the Seller does not deliver on time as stipulated in Article III of this Agreement, the Seller shall be subject to a fine to the Purchaser by 0.5% of the total value of the intersection delay line for each day late. The time delay should not exceed 05 days, but the total penalty does not exceed 8% of the total contract value. If the time delay exceeds 05 days, as the Seller has unilaterally terminate the contract. If the Seller unilaterally cancel or terminate the contract or fails to comply with the agreement, pay compensation to the Purchaser the amount corresponding to 30% of the contract value.
