Sau hai tháng Nghị quyết 11 của Chính phủ được triển khai, chỉ số giá tiêu dùng (CPI) tháng 4/2011 vừa được Tổng cục Thống kê công bố vẫn tăng ở mức 3,32%, cao nhất trong 3 năm trở lại đây, đồng thời đẩy mức tăng CPI của 4 tháng đầu năm lên con số 9,64%, vượt xa chỉ tiêu 7% đặt ra cho cả năm.
