Căn cứ Bảng xác định giá trị khối lượng hoàn thành theo hợp đồng kinh tế số: 61/HĐKT-PCHG ngày 12 tháng 11 năm 2015 và Phụ lục hợp đồng số 02 ngày 08/04/2016.
Vậy Công ty cổ phần đầu tư xây lắp và thương mại Tân Việt đề nghị Công ty Điện lực Hà Giang thanh toán giá trị khối lượng xây lắp hoàn thành của công trình nêu trên.
Giá trị đề nghị thanh toán đợt này đã trừ tiền tạm ứng và khoản tiền giữ lại theo điều kiện của hợp đồng đã ký: 17.327.169.517 đồng.
