1. control the PERSONNEL DATA SYSTEM:-System administration group-wide personnel data: • Build and perfect natural/upgrade data systems and personnel reports. • Control the personnel data, ensure data is updated properly, sufficient, timely (direct test data on the PMNS or periodically check/irregular data on PMNS compared with actual data in the unit);-Deployment of personnel reporting teams periodically or irregularly at the request of leading cadres.-To support and monitor the HR companies in transforming and updating large amounts of data.2. training USE PMNS:-Training curriculum building using the PMNS;-Training organizations use PMNS periodically or on request (if available).3. Administration PMNS -Collaboration with the IT Department and the PMNS provider error handling software;-Synthesis, analysis, appraisal requirements for completion/upgrading PMNS from companies;-Coordination with the information technology Committee and the provider to deploy the project to improve/upgrade related PMNS.4. OTHER WORK: make the other work assigned by the leader.
