4. Quy định về nhắn tin thông báo gia hạn
- Gói ngày: không nhắn tin thông báo gia hạn thành công.
- Gói tuần: nhắn tin thông báo khi gia hạn thành công định kỳ 2 tuần/lần.
- Gói tháng: nhắn tin thông báo sau khi gia hạn thành công.
5. Quy định về nhắn tin nhắc nhở thuê bao sử dụng dịch vụ và quảng bá nội dung mới
- Gửi tin nhắn định kỳ nhắc thuê bao đang sử dụng gói cước vào truy cập dịch vụ.
- Tần suất gửi tin nhắn nhắc nhở: nếu thuê bao không phát sinh tương tác với hệ thống dịch vụ trong thời gian từ 5 ngày trở lên đối với gói ngày BI1, 7 ngày trở lên (đối với gói tuần BI7 và gói tháng BI30, thì dịch vụ sẽ gửi nội dung của gói cước tương ứng và mời khách hàng truy cập để sử dụng dịch vụ.
- Lưu ý: Tương tác giữa thuê bao và hệ thống dịch vụ được định nghĩa bao gồm các hoạt động sau: Thuê bao gửi tin MO lên đầu số dịch vụ, hoặc đăng nhập tài khoản wapsite/website/app, hệ thống có gửi tin MT xuống thuê bao.
- Thời gian gửi tin thông báo mời truy cập sử dung dịch vụ: 17h00-18h00 hàng ngày.
- Áp dụng cho thuê bao tất cả các gói cước thuê bao ngày/tuần/tháng.
