Và mỗi doanh nghiệp đều có một nền văn hóa khác nhau , không ai co thể sao chép của nhau.Vì thế văn hóa doanh nghiệp là một giá trị quan trọng trong doanh nghiệp để duy trùy được sự bền vững thì nhân viên phải làm việc ổn định và hiệu quả, giữu cho doanh nghiệp luôn vận hành và vượt qua những khó khăn. Đối với công việc và công ty trong tương lai tôi sẽ có gắn áp dụng các yếu tố trong ba cấp độ văn hóa để tìm hiểu giúp mình hòa nhập vào môi trường của công ty mới dễ dàng.
