Môi trường là tất cả những gì ở xung quanh chúng ta và rất thân thiện gần gủi với chúng ta. Môi trường bao gồm: môi trường tự nhiên và môi trường nhân tạo. Môi trường tự nhiên bao gồm: đất đai, sông ngòi, không khí , cây cối, động thực vật,……Môi trường nhân tạo là do con người tạo nên như đường xá, nhà máy, xí nghiệp,… Tất cả những vấn đề trên đều có ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến cuộc sống của con người.
Thật vậy ! Môi trường có một mối quan hệ mật thiết tới cuộc sống con người . Những cánh rừng bạt ngàn như những lá phổi xanh khổng lồ đem lại bầu không khí trong lành cho con người. Không những thế rừng còn che chắn bão lũ, là nơi trú ngụ của những loài động vật quý hiếm. Vậy mà giờ đây rừng đang bị chính bàn tay con người tàn phá một cách không thương tiếc dẫn đến thiên tai, lũ lụt xảy ra ngày càng nghiêm trọng dẫn đến bao cảnh đau lòng.
Mặc khác nguồn nước cũng đang bị ô nhiễm nghiêm trọng bởi các chất thải từ các nhà máy dẫn đến cá chết hàng loạt nguồn nước sinh hoạt không được đảm bảo dẫn đến nhiều bệnh nguy hiểm cho con người. Ở các thành phố lớn dân cư đông đường xá cầu cống xuống cấp lượng xe cộ nhiều nên không khí cũng bị ô nhiễm nặng tai nạn giao thông ngày càng nhiều đã cướp đi bao nhiêu sinh mạng. Ở nông thôn, do hình thức và trình độ hiểu biết của người dân chưa cao nên sử dụng phân bón và thuốc trừ sâu không có hiệu quả. Từ những vấn đề nêu trên đã giúp chúng ta hiểu rõ môi trường có ảnh hưởng rát lớn đến sức khỏe của cộng đồng nói chung và sự sống của con người nói riêng. Từng ngày từng giờ môi trường đang lên tiếng kêu cứu. Vậy mỗi chúng ta phải làm gì để bảo vệ ngôi nhà chung của chúng ta?
