- Sau khi hai bên ký xong biên bản

- Sau khi hai bên ký xong biên bản bàn giao hàng đến công trình và sau khi nhận được thanh toán lần 2 của Bên A, Bên B sẽ tiến hành lắp đặt ở công trường xây dựng Bên A. Thiết bị dùng cho lắp đặt (xe cẩu, máy hàn, dụng cụ cầm tay, … ) sẽ do Bên B tự mang đến.
- Việc lắp đặt sẽ hoàn thành trong vòng tối đa ………… ngày làm việc, với điều kiện Bên A chuẩn bị đầy đủ các yêu cầu sau:
* Mặt bằng để chứa hàng hóa thiết bị trong quá trình lắp đặt & mặt bằng lắp đặt.
* Chỉ định cho bên B nơi có thể đấu điện nguồn (……… pha, ………. V, 50 Hz) cho cầu trục.
* Bên A có trách nhiệm bảo quản hàng hóa tại công trình sau khi Bên B giao hàng đến công trình trong khi chờ lắp đặt.
- Hướng dẫn kỹ thuật sử dụng – bảo trì : do kỹ sư Việt Nam hướng dẫn; tài liệu hướng dẫn kỹ thuật sẽ viết bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt.
- Trong vòng 07 ngày sau khi lắp đặt hoàn tất, Bên A sẽ cử đại diện kiểm tra và ký vào “Biên bản thử tải” cùng với Bên B và nhân viên kiểm định thuộc Bộ Công Nghiệp Việt Nam. Nếu sau thời gian này mà Bên A không thu xếp được việc thử tải thì Bên A chịu trách nhiệm trông coi hàng hóa trong thời gian chờ thử tải.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- Within 07 days after the installation is complete, Party A will send representatives to check and sign the "Minutes of the load test" with the B and human inspection staff of the Ministry of Industry of Vietnam. If after this time that Party A does not arrange the load test, Party A is responsible for supervising the goods pending trial download.
