Hành động một cách có chuẩn mực, tỏ ra tôn trọng trong các mối quan hệ với đồng nghiệp, các thành viên của BCS và những người có mối quan hệ hợp tác trên khía cạnh công việc. Không nói xấu sau lưng người khác, tuyệt đối không nên nói xấu người khác trên các mạng xã hội ảo và cả ngoài đời thật. Hãy tạo các mối quan hệ tốt với đồng nghiệp và giúp họ phát triển hơn nữa. Việc công ty, cấp trên có sai phạm nên báo cáo rõ ràng với các nhà chứ trách (kể cả BCS).
