In this study we use the flexibility between the primary and secondary data to give the analysis identified. In which secondary data collected from the source text reports relating to the facilities, equipment, labour, ... of the National Conference Center. Primary data was collected by direct investigation, interviewing the officers, management leadership, employee of the National Convention Centre and the individuals and organizations that have used the services at the Center through the questionnaire is built based on the criteria on a scale measuring SERVPERF. From the data we collect is aggregated by statistical methods descriptive and comparative statistics, using the criteria on a scale measuring SERVPERF to analyze the status of quality of service of the National Conference Center as well as the factors that impact the quality of service at the National Conference Center.
