b. BISUCO thực hiện đúng, đầy đủ công việc:
(i) BISUCO cam kết thực hiện bán/chuyển nhượng các tài sản nêu tại Điều 1 theo đúng giá cả, phương thức thanh toán, nội dung giao dịch đã cam kết trong văn bản thỏa thuận này;
(ii) Giao cho ACBA bản chính toàn bộ các giấy tờ pháp lý của tài sản mua bán/chuyển nhượng đúng và đủ theo văn bản thỏa thuận này;
(iii) Bàn giao toàn bộ công trình xây dựng và đất cho ACBA với hiện trạng thực tế đúng với thông tin được ghi nhận trên Giấy chứng nhận quyền sở hữu/quyền sử dụng theo văn bản thỏa thuận này;
(iv) BISUCO có trách nhiệm hỗ trợ, tạo điều kiện cho ACBA hoàn thành thủ tục trước bạ và đăng ký quyền sở hữu/quyền sử dụng tại cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền;
(v) BISUCO thực hiện đóng đầy đủ các khoản thuế theo quy định của nhà nước
