Chia số liệu cho các quầy A B C sao cho phù hợp sau đó điền số liệu vào file báo cáo ngoại tệ nộp ngân hàng.
Đăng nhập vào file access eximbank để làm hóa đơn ngân hàng cho các quầy A B C, chú ý thay đổi tỷ giá đúng với tỷ giá của ngân hàng, thay đổi ngày giờ phù hợp theo ngày làm hóa đơn và luôn vào ca 1. mỗi hóa đơn phải đầy đủ thông tin: tên khách hàng, số hộ chiếu , ngày cấp hộ chiếu , quốc tịch. Hóa đơn phải ký tên và đóng dấu tại quầy.
Vào file sổ quỹ 68C để làm sỗ quỹ, kiểm tra các thông tin đã đúng hết chưa, in hóa đơn của quầy A B C, sau đó gởi mail cho 68B làm sỗ quỹ
