KHÁT KHAO HỌC TẬP VÀ CƠ HỘI NHẬN ĐƯỢC TỪ UBIS
Người Việt Nam có câu nói 49 chưa qua 53 đã tới, gồm nhiều ý nghĩa trong đó có ý muốn nói rằng: à, bạn đã già rồi đó. Thế giới bên kia đang chờ bạn…..
Nhưng, đối với tôi, tôi thấy cuộc sống ngày càng nở hoa, gặp được nhiều bạn bè hơn, công việc nhận được nhiều hỗ trợ hơn khi bước vào tuổi 49.
Trở ngược lại thời gian trước, khi tôi được sinh ra đời và đến năm 2 tuổi – bố mẹ không sống với nhau nữa, tôi và em trai được mẹ nuôi nấng trưởng thành. Mẹ tôi, bà lúc nào cũng nói: “ các con đã thiếu thốn nhiều, ra đời để đứng vững được trên đôi chân của mình, chỉ có một cách duy nhất là học, học và học”
Thời gian thấm thoát trôi qua, cuộc đời bình lặng, thanh thản như mặt nước hồ. Tôi cũng học đại học và thi vào công chức Nhà nước để làm việc. Cuộc sống dần trôi, hàng tháng lĩnh đồng lương cố định và lại làm việc và chờ đợi đến tháng tiếp theo nhận lương…. cứ như thế. Với đồng tiền ít ỏi, dành dụm gần 30 năm có một căn nhà để ở, có một ông chồng và hai đứa con. Cuộc sống hạnh phúc, điền viên.
Nhưng tại sao trong sâu thẳm tâm hồn, tôi vẫn thấy mình như đang còn thiếu thứ gì …. . à, đó là kiến thức.
Lời nói của mẹ tôi ngày xưa lúc nào cũng thúc giục tôi và như thế khi bước sang cái tuổi mà ở Việt nam người ta nói: bà này đã là trung niên. Nghỉ ngơi, tĩnh dưỡng cho khỏe, an nhàn với con và sau này là cháu. haha.
Không, tôi là người ngược lại, vì tôi chắc chắn sẽ nhận được bằng cử nhân luật của trường đại học luật thành phố hồ chí minh vào năm 2016, và chưa hết khi tiếp nhận được thông tin về trường UBIS trên phương tiện truyền thông, với những thông điệp sứ mệnh là trường chia sẻ đối với sinh viên toàn cầu. Tôi đọc, nghiền ngẫm, suy nghĩ và quyết định. Chắc chắn ghi danh tham gia là sinh viên của trường khi sắp bước vào tuổi 49.
Khi hồ sơ của tôi được trường UBIS duyệt vào học, ấn tượng đầu tiên của tôi là phương pháp đào tạo đã giúp tôi có nhiều ứng dụng thực tiễn ngay tại công ty tôi đang làm việc, học qua các chuyên đề quản trị chiến lược, trách nhiệm xã hội, khởi nghiệp và chiến lược web. Mới chỉ với 04 chuyên đề cùng các thầy cô giáo. Tôi cảm nhận, à .. nơi này là nơi mình cần để tích lũy kiến thức, hỗ trợ cho tôi rất nhiều trong việc xây dựng và định hướng chiến lược cuộc sống của mình, có kế hoạch tốt trong việc hoạch định , hỗ trợ công việc tại công ty đang làm việc.
Với vai trò là phó Giám đốc chi nhánh của trung tâm Đào tạo bảo hiểm bộ tài chính; sau một thời gian học tại UBIS , tôi thấy rằng từ kiến thức mình đã học: về sự kết nối, về công tác hoạch định chiến lược phát triển … quản trị nhân sự … tôi đã chủ động đàm phán trao đổi và hình thành lên được câu lạc bộ giảng viên bảo hiểm, tập trung được gần 100 giảng viên từ các doanh nghiệp bảo hiểm đang hoạt động trên thị trường bảo hiểm việt nam gắn kết với nhau hơn, chia sẻ học hỏi kinh nghiệm. Đồng thời qua đó, tôi cũng muốn các bạn phải vượt lên chính mình , tìm kiếm các cơ hội học tập tiên tiến để ngày càng hoàn thiện mình hơn: như cơ hội tham gia vào học MBA tại trường UBIS.
Hơn thế nữa, cũng từ kiến thức đã học từ trường UBIS, tôi cũng đã thuyết phục được ông Phạm Quang Vinh – Viện trưởng viện IBM và lãnh đạo cục quản lý giám sát bảo hiểm bộ tài chính đồng thuận xây dựng chương trình tiếng anh chuyên ngành bảo hiểm cho thị trường bảo hiểm việt nam.
Sắp tới, sao mà nhiều nội dung để làm thế!! tất cả từ việc được truyền đạt kiến thức mà ra, hành động thôi!!
