Bên mua không được chuyển giao quyền và trách nhiệm của hợp đồng này cho bên thứ 3 mà không có sự đồng ý của bên bán Tuy nhiên, có thể thay đổi tên của hợp đồng này thông qua sự thỏa thuận của hai bên.
