Giám đốc Công ty TNHH Công viên Châu Á ban hành Quy định về việc xuất kho vật tư, cụ thể như sau:
I. Mục đích:
Giảm thiểu việc tồn đọng phiếu yêu cầu do các Phòng/Ban/BỘ phận, nhà thầu ... chỉ nhận hàng vào buổi sáng, gây khó khăn cho công tác xuất kho, làm ảnh hưởng đếni sản xuất kinh doanh và tiến độ thi công của các đơn vị.
II. Phạm vi và đối tượng áp dụng:
1. Phạm vi: Kho hàng nội thuộc Công ty TNHH Công viên Châu Á.
2. Đối tượng áp dụng: Tất cả các Phòng/Ban/BỘ phận thuộc Công ty TNHH Công Viên Châu Á, nhà thầu làm việc tại Công viên Châu Á.
III. Nội dung quy định:
1. Các Phòng/Ban/BỘ phận, nhà thầu cần có kế hoạch trước về nhu cầu vật tư: lập phiếu yêu cầu cấp vật tư và gửi cho bộ phận kho trước 17 giờ hàng ngày để nhận hàng cho ngày hôm sau. Bộ phận kho ghi thời gian nhận phiếu để căn cứ xuất hàng theo thứ tự: gửi phiếu trước thì xuất hàng trước.
2. Bộ phận kho căn cứ phiếu yêu cầu thực hiện kiểm tra và gom vật tư theo từng phiếu yêu cầu, lập phiếu xuất kho trước và để riêng vật tư theo từng phiếu để chuẩn bị xuất hàng cho ngày hôm sau.
3. Thời gian nhận hàng các đơn vị cần bố trí khung thời gian họp lý để tránh tập trung tại kho cùng một thời điểm dẫn đến CBNV nhận hàng phải chờ đợi, đồng thời gây khó khăn cho Bộ phận kho không kịp xuất hàng.
IV. Tổ chức thực hiện và hiệu lực thi hành:
- Tất cả các Phòng/Ban/Bộ phận trực thuộc Công ty, nhà thầu làm việc tại Công viên Châu Á và các cá nhân có liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện Quy định này.
- Ban QLDA có trách nhiệm thông báo cho các nhà thầu nội dung Quy định này để thực hiện.
- Giao phòng Kế toán có trách nhiệm hướng dẫn, giám sát việc thực hiện Quy định này.
- Thời gian áp dụng: Kể từ ngày 12/10/2015
