This thing is abnormal case:
1/When urgent case we need to get supplier quotation and make request order,after that bring to get approve from Mr.Tsuge(If belong FA ) or Mr.Otaki (If belong OST ),they will sign at “Special note” on request order to approve.
This time repaing first and sent the quotation to make request order later:Who accept to do it with out approval of Mr.Tsuge? Or did PU change rule?
2/MA (Mr.Quang(Leader of factory 3) already found what trouble and how to solve:Need to change RAM of machine computer.RAM cost is about 15 USD.But supplier cost is 400 USD.
Is it normal???
