hôm qua, kỳ thi CPE đã diễm ra, các thí sinh đã dự thi đầy đủ. Tuy nhiên có 1 vấn đề là mạng internet của việt nam bị chậm ((do tuyến cáp cáp quang biển liên á được sử chữa từ ngày 12/7 đến hết ngày 19/7/2016) làm cho tất cả các thí sinh không thể làm phần Listening và hoàn toàn không làm được phần speaking từ câu 4 đến câu 6. Bởi vì khi họ nghe thì luôn bị đứt quảng không thể nghe một các suôn sẻ được.Có 1 số bạn cố gắng nghe cho hết rồi đoán ý và trả lời, còn có 1 số bạn do bị ngắt quảng liên tục nên không thề làm đầy đủ tất cả các câu.
Tôi tự hỏi không biết bạn có thể giúp tôi kiểm tra bài làm của tất cả thí sinh, và đưa ra cách giải quyết tốt nhất cho họ.
