Starbucks actions can be considered as a moral agent’s actions because the project of Starbucks is beyond its existence and business. The project have raised public interest and awareness of society and encourage the people to sharing and give opportunity for other as well as improve community living standard with specific program outcomes, in cash and jobs.The disadvantage of this project is it required Starbucks and Schultz himself an amount of money in initial cost, but we can say the cost is not much for the company scale. In the other hand, it have solved the unemployment problem urgency, by strike in the patriotism and the compassion of society, the project not only have brought an obvious benefit for the community and leverage the economy, but Starbucks also gain back their advantage, it have dramatically raise the awareness of community toward the company actions, with efficient corporate-nonprofit partnerships, the company have successfully retain the position in the public eye, the project itself attract a lot of media attention since the beginning stage to its result. Its impacts expand and increase visibility of the brand name Starbucks, for contributing in society and human’s life by solved a big social issue.
